SlideBook plugin for Microvolution 3D GPU-accelerated deconvolution
SlideBook has seamlessly integrated Microvolution, which offers GPU-accelerated Richardson-Lucy deconvolution of widefield, spinning disk confocal, multiphoton, and light sheet data (including 3i’s Lattice LightSheet) using either a measured point spread function (PSF) or blind estimation. The result is nearly instantaneous deconvolution of data within the application without the need to export to and re-import from a separate application. Microvolution complements SlideBook's 20+ years of active development of hardware control, capture, post-processing, and analysis tools.
